They provide practical advice and links to evidence based information for those interested in, and wanting to follow a Whole Food, Plant-based diet and lifestyle. Acknowledging the importance of, and sharing the ethical, environmental and food sustainability concerns of others, their focus is the restoration and maintenance of health and wellbeing through improved nutrition.

Corné is a passionate Holistic Wellness Practitioner and Modern Energist, fascinated with helping you find your joy. Having struggled and overcame personal health challenges while witnessing the destructive nature of preventable lifestyle diseases in friends and family, he has dedicated the past 18 years to understanding foundational health, modern energy healing and our connection to spirit and the world around us. From an early age, he had an intuitive and creative understanding of the world, showing empathy, compassion and caring for those around him.
He values a holistic approach to coaching and wellness through powerful proven techniques and modalities, including whole food, plant based diets, natural lifestyle practices and teaching modern energy tapping and stress management to brighten your spirit and facilitate emotional transformation. He is also well versed in Feng Shui and home harmony techniques and loves bringing balance to your home as well.
Corné completed several courses in natural health, holistic and plant-based nutrition including Dr McDougall’s Starch Solution Certification Course, the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies & eCornell’s Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition, the Rouxbe Cooking School’s Fork Over Knives Plant Based Cooking Course, the Trinity School of Natural Health’s Certified Natural Health Professional course, the School of Natural Health Sciences Diploma courses in Advanced Nutrition; Nutrition for Age 50 Plus and Vegetarian & Vegan Nutrition and the International Academy of Natural Health’s Natural Health & Nutrition course amongst others.
Marina is a passionate, vibrant Health Coach, with boundless energy and always up for adventure. Her own journey in search of health and vitality lead her to a WFPB lifestyle.
Dietary intervention for pregnancy, babies and toddlers is her first love. Constantly researching this very diverse and specialised field, she supports families in their transition, taking into account their current health status, lifestyle and unique family needs among others. Marina’s family all run on veggies - even her 10-year-old, 1 ton rescued dairy bullock, MooMoo, only enjoys sweet green grass in his field office on the farm! - and her daughter has defied the broccoli myth, enjoying a wide variety of plant foods.
As a keen horse rider and triathlete, she has tested plant power with mountain biking, running and swimming. After 7 years in competitive sport, she feels confident to share and enthuse other athletes with the power of a WFPB, alkaline-forming diet for optimum performance and more importantly - ideal health. Viewing WFPB living as a practical lifestyle, both physically and spiritually, she is very enthusiastic about helping people to transition step-by-step, reaching their goals and making lasting change - bridging ingrained habits and cultural norms.
Marina's plant-based education includes completing Certificates in Natural Health & Nutrition and Natural Health Consulting with the International Academy of Health & Wellness as well as the Trinity School for Natural Health’s Certified Natural Health Professional course. She has also completed various short courses, cooking demo's and plant based workshops - ranging from raw-food and sports nutrition to foraging courses, including seaweed foraging.
